Brand & Visual Designer

About the role

Sona is hiring a Brand & Visual Designer to take real ownership from day one. You'll join a small, senior team in Remote and ship work that reaches customers every week.

You'll work directly with the founders and the wider product team. We care about craft, but we ship fast — so you should be comfortable owning a problem end to end and iterating in a tight feedback loop with real users.

What you'll do

• Own major workstreams from concept through launch — you drive the plan, the quality bar, and the delivery.
• Collaborate daily with the rest of the team, pairing on the hard parts and unblocking each other fast.
• Talk to users and stakeholders, and turn what you learn into clear, prioritised decisions.
• Help evolve our tools and processes so the whole team moves faster without sacrificing quality.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with work you're proud to walk us through in detail.
• Real depth in your craft — you sweat the details most people skip.
• Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a vague problem and return a sharp, opinionated direction.
• Strong collaboration skills and a track record of shipping with a team.
